Terms of Use: Finansik
Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. About these terms
Finansik (“the App”) is provided by Damian Szejnoch (“we”, “us”). Your use of the App is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”) together with these terms. If they conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted by the Standard EULA. The Android version, downloaded from Google Play, is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service together with these terms.
2. Free app with ads
The App is free to use and is funded by advertising provided by Google AdMob. How ads use data is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. In-app purchases
- Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that permanently removes ads in the App on devices signed in with the same Apple Account (on Android: the same Google Account). You can restore it in Settings → Restore purchases.
- If the App offers subscriptions, they renew automatically at the price and period shown before purchase, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, and on Android in the Google Play app: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, payments and refunds are handled by Google Play: Google Play refunds.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App: for example, do not attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation or advertising, or use it in breach of the law.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the App running well, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features. Data you create is stored on your device: please keep your device backups turned on.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Consumers in the EU
If you are a consumer, you keep all rights granted by the mandatory law of your country of residence. These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving you of that protection. You may also use the EU consumer dispute resolution bodies available in your country.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will announce significant changes in the App or on this page.
