Deleting your account permanently removes your sign-in, profile, treatments, doses, reminders and skin photos from our servers. This cannot be undone.
In the app
Sign in to IsoCalc and open Profile, Delete account and data. Your data and account are deleted right away.

No phone at hand or the app is no longer installed? Sign in with the same account and delete it here.
Signed in with Apple? Delete the account in the app on your iPhone, or write to us (below).

We will delete everything stored with this account. A premium purchase made in the App Store or Google Play stays with your Apple or Google account, but it will no longer be linked to this IsoCalc account.

Can’t sign in? Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account and all its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What else is kept
Nothing linked to your account. Ad and analytics data from Google services is tied to your device’s advertising identifier, not to the account, and is kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
